KINDERGARTEN FEES FOR SCHOOL DAY KINDERGARTENS
There is a standard compulsory fee of $2.50 including GST per hour.
If you are using any of your free ECE hours at Kindergarten these will be deducted from your weekly fee.
For most kindergarten families the final invoice total will be zero - meaning you have nothing to pay.
There is no charge for 2 year olds - provided their families confirm they will use free ECE hours at Kindergarten once they turn 3.
There is no charge for 5 year olds - provided they have been using their free ECE hours at Kindergarten before they turn 5.
We prefer Automatic Payment, Direct Debits or Internet Banking.
You will receive statements and reminders if your fees are unpaid.
We ask for two week's notice if your child will be leaving Kindergarten. We may charge you for these weeks if we do not receive notice.
The Board reserves the right to refer any unpaid debts to a Debt Collection Agency
The costs of collection may be added to your unpaid fee.
WINZ Subsidy is available for non free hours for qualifying families. Please ask your teacher if you need to apply for this.
KINDERGARTEN FEES FOR ALL DAY KINDERGARTENS (HAWEA)
Minimum enrolment required: Three hours twice per week
Fees for children aged two and over are $4.50 (incl gst) per hour.
Fees for children aged under two are $5.50 (incl gst) per hour.
Free ECE hours for 3 & 4 year olds will be deducted from your weekly fee.
Tax invoices will be issued by the centre with fees payable in advance to COKA.
We prefer payment by Automatic Payment, or Internet Banking. Cheques will also be accepted.
You will receive statements and reminders if your fees are unpaid.
